Season chicken wings with lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix then marinate chicken.
Make the wet coating by combining plain flour, cornflour (cornstarch) and water.
Make the dry coating by combining plain flour, cornflour, salt and pepper.
Coat marinated chicken wings with wet and dry coating.
Deep fry coated chicken wings in batches, twice. Double frying is the KEY TO CRISPY CHICKEN!
Make the glaze with honey, soy sauce, lemon juice & salt then coat over chicken.
