Chop veg then saute mushrooms till golden then add in onions & garlic.
Add chicken mince and brown. Then zucchini and season well.
Now, make creamy bechamel sauce. Chicken stock adds more flavour!
The creamy white sauce is done once it coats the back of a spoon.
Start layering the lasagna, about 3 layers will do!
Then top with 1/3 of creamy sauce, top with cheese then bake till golden.
