Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic and oil. Mix well. This is the marinate for the wings!

Mix the marinade with the wings then cover and refridgerate for 30min or overnight (even better!)

20 min before cooking, take the wings out of the fridge to come up to room temp. Bake for 15min at 220°C/430°F.

Then, change oven setting to broil (grill) on high. Baste the wings and broil for 10min, flipping half way until blistered & sticky.
