Brown chicken breasts with olive oil, salt and pepper on high heat. The key is to flip once and yet the high heat caramelise the chicken for max flavour!
Then, saute onions, garlic and bacon on high heat. Once bacon caramelises and smelling delicious, add in chopped tomatoes.
Add chicken back in, season with paprika, oregano, thyme and sugar. Saute then add in heavy cream and sour cream.
Mix cooked pasta with creamy chicken and bacon sauce in a casserole dish. Taste the sauce and adjust for seasoning.
Sprinkle with 50/50 cheddar and mozzarella cheese then some parmesan cheese.
