Naturally delicately sweet (from corn and carrots) with an umami-rich flavour profile, this Chinese bone broth recipe is both appetizing and comforting.



Remove impurities from the pork bones then simmer for about 3 hours with ginger.


Cut white radish, carrots and fresh corn.


Add shiitake mushrooms, vegetables and season. Simmer for a little more.
