Chicken with creamy mushrooms & spinach

Ingredients required

First, slice the chicken breasts in half, horizontally.

Then, season sliced chicken breasts with salt and pepper

Next, pan sear the chicken breasts with a little olive oil.

Once golden on both sides, remove from pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add a knob of butter and melt. We're getting the pan ready to saute mushrooms!

Season with salt and pepper.

Saute on high heat until golden.

Then add spinach and saute until it wilts - this will take only seconds!

Time to add heavy cream in! Turn the heat down to low & let it simmer instead of boil!

Lastly, add chicken back in, simmer till chicken is cooked.
